As a benefit to my network I have setup a corporate account with HOCOA (Home Repair Network).  There's no need to make multiple calls, wait all day for calls to be returned, or not knowing what you're going to get, or even if they are going to show up. Simply call HOCOA, and they will take care of everything on your "To Do" list.

Another great aspect, you can request multiple bids from different contractors.  HOCOA has several from each trade.  When I needed a roofer for my house, HOCOA sent me 4 and asked if I needed more.  When I needed a plumber, HOCOA sent me 2....
