I worked two times with Adam. The first time was back in 2018 when he sold my townhouse within 5 days.
The second time around, was back in 2019.. Adam sold my condo within 2 weeks and the best part of it was that I haven't done anything, but sign papers from more than 1,000 miles away. That's right! I moved to Fla when I sold my townhouse in 2018, and Adam did everything necessary for me not to travel to Maryland to close the transaction.

We were moving to the area from out of state. Adam helped us put together a list of homes to see and he set up all the viewing appointments for the houses and townhouses we picked. He mapped out the best order to see the homes and printed out info. sheets for each house. Adam did not rush the viewing of the homes and gave some insight into the local area. When we picked a home to rent Adam handled all the paperwork and helped to negotiate a reduced pet deposit fee.
