I worked two times with Adam. The first time was back in 2018 when he sold my townhouse within 5 days.
The second time around, was back in 2019.. Adam sold my condo within 2 weeks and the best part of it was that I haven't done anything, but sign papers from more than 1,000 miles away. That's right! My lease was coming to an end in two months time. I knew I needed to buy my own place if at all possible and get out of the rental trap. I knew I needed to get out of the big city environment where things were cheaper, slower, and more quiet, and needed to do it quickly. Adam is extremely knowledgeable, about the markets in which he works, and really gets to know his clients so that he is able to pair them with the perfect house!
